The Problem

Market Profile tools are slow, manual, and disconnected from your order flow

You want to read where value sits, where price was rejected, and which levels are still naked. But the usual workflow is hours of manual setup, separate data feeds, and no idea what the order flow underneath is actually doing.

▸ PROBLEM #1

Profiles built by hand, session by session

Manually drawing POC, VAH and VAL for every session is slow and error-prone. By the time the profile is ready, the level that mattered has already been traded through — and tomorrow you start from scratch.

▸ PROBLEM #2

No idea which day boundary or gap definition you are using

Is the trading day midnight, RTH open, or the 18:00-ET futures roll? Is the gap measured from yesterday's settle or from the overnight low? Get the bucketing wrong and every naked POC, single print and RTH gap is plotted at the wrong price.

▸ PROBLEM #3

Structure without context — no read on bias

A profile shows you where value is, but not whether the session is leaning bull or bear, which Wyckoff phase you are in, or whether the day is trending. So you see the levels but still guess the direction.

How it works

A live Market Profile that reads structure, sessions, and bias for you

Chart Analysis is the Pro module behind Ctrl+4. It is fed automatically from the OrderFlowAi indicator — no manual setup. Three layers turn raw ticks into a complete, context-aware profile.

LAYER 01

Market Profile & TPO, built automatically

Multi-session vPOC and tPOC with the 70% Value Area (time and volume), bucketed by the 18:00-ET trading day. RTH and ETH session modes, RTH gap defined classically as prior-day close → open. Auto 16-day backfill with history self-heal.

  • multi-session vPOC / tPOC
  • 70% Value Area (time & volume)
  • 18:00-ET trading-day bucketing
  • RTH / ETH session modes
  • auto 16-day backfill + self-heal
LAYER 02

Levels & structure that matter

Naked POCs, single prints, poor highs and poor lows, plus prior-day and prior-week levels — all detected and drawn for you. Opening-gap detection tracks the auto-fill, the opening range (ORB) is marked, and live delta colouring with stacked imbalance shows the pressure behind the move.

  • naked POCs / single prints
  • poor highs & poor lows
  • prior-day + prior-week levels
  • opening-gap + auto-fill tracking
  • opening range (ORB)
  • live delta + stacked imbalance
LAYER 03

CORTEX Session-Bias HUD & Wyckoff

The CORTEX Session-Bias HUD reports BULL / BEAR / NEUTRAL with the reasons behind it. A Wyckoff phase overlay sits on top of the profile, and day-type classification with the 80% rule frames the session at a glance.

One session read — from open to bias call

Example session on ES 06-26: a gap-up open, the profile builds, the prior-day naked POC acts as a magnet, and the CORTEX HUD calls the bias BULL with explicit reasons. Everything below is drawn automatically.

A complete session read in one panel

The profile buckets the session by the 18:00-ET trading day and prints vPOC, VAH and VAL as value develops. The RTH gap from the prior-day close fills early, value accepts above vPOC, and the prior-day naked POC acts as a magnet above. The CORTEX HUD reads the structure and calls the bias.

FAQ

Common questions about Chart Analysis

Most traders ask the same six questions before they wire the Market Profile into their workflow. Here are the answers.

What is OrderFlowAi Chart Analysis?

Chart Analysis is the real-time Market Profile / TPO module inside the OrderFlowAi Pro app, opened with Ctrl+4. It builds session profiles for NinjaTrader 8 — multi-session vPOC and tPOC, the 70% Value Area, naked POCs, single prints, poor highs and lows, and prior-day and prior-week levels.

It is fed automatically from the OrderFlowAi indicator with zero manual setup: no separate data feed, no hand-drawing profiles. On top of the raw structure it layers a CORTEX Session-Bias HUD and a Wyckoff phase overlay so you read both the levels and the context in one panel.

How are sessions and trading days bucketed?

Profiles are bucketed by the 18:00-ET trading day — the standard futures roll boundary — so each session lines up with how ES and NQ actually trade, not with calendar midnight. You can switch between RTH (regular trading hours) and ETH (including the overnight) session modes.

This keeps vPOC, tPOC, the Value Area and every level anchored to the correct session, and is also what makes the auto 16-day backfill reconstruct historical profiles consistently.

How is the RTH gap defined?

The RTH gap is defined the classic way: prior-day close → open. The module measures the distance from the previous trading day's close to the current open and flags it as a gap.

Opening-gap detection then tracks the auto-fill — whether and when price closes the gap back into value — so you can see at a glance if the session is a gap-and-go or a gap-fill.

What does the CORTEX Session-Bias HUD show?

The CORTEX Session-Bias HUD reports a directional read for the current session: BULL, BEAR or NEUTRAL, together with the reasons behind the call — for example price relative to vPOC, the active Wyckoff phase, and cumulative delta.

It works alongside the Wyckoff phase overlay and the day-type classification (with the 80% rule), so the HUD gives you context for the levels on the chart instead of leaving the direction to guesswork.

Does it work on historical and live data?

Both. On startup the module performs an auto 16-day backfill with history self-heal, reconstructing prior sessions so naked POCs, prior-day and prior-week levels are available immediately.

From there it updates live as ticks arrive from the indicator: the profile, Value Area, delta colouring and stacked imbalance, and the CORTEX bias all refresh in real time — no manual reload.

Which plan includes Chart Analysis?

Chart Analysis is included in Pro and the 14-day Trial (full analysis suite). The Trial and Pro share the same NT8 indicator, and the Trial is only license- and time-gated, so you get the full Market Profile module during the trial.

Pro pricing is €99/month, €890/year or €2,997 Founder Lifetime (all prices exclude 21% IVA).
