Trade with edge
Identify liquidity walls, absorption, and order imbalances in real time. Make decisions based on real market data.
The problem with classic indicators
RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands — they all rely on historical price data. They tell you what was, not what is happening. In fast futures markets (ES, NQ), conditions shift in seconds. By the time your indicator fires a signal, the setup is often already gone.
A GPU heatmap fixes this at the root: it visualizes the live limit order book in real time. You don't just see the last traded price — you see the entire supply-and-demand structure above and below the current level.
What you can read in the heatmap
Liquidity walls: Large limit orders that appear as bright clusters in the heatmap. When 2,000+ contracts stack on a single level, it's not random — institutional participants are positioning there. Price often bounces off these walls or breaks them with a momentum push.
Absorption: Price runs into a level and limit orders don't pull — they get absorbed. That signals real demand. The heatmap shows the cluster holding while aggressive market orders fire into it.
Spoofing & pulling: Large orders placed and yanked seconds before execution. The heatmap reveals the pattern when a bright cluster suddenly disappears — a warning sign that the apparent support was a bluff.
Iceberg orders: Large institutional orders that show only a fraction of their true size. The heatmap reveals them when fresh liquidity keeps repopulating the same level despite continuous executions.
GPU rendering: why performance matters
A typical futures order book has 20–40 price levels per side. That's 40–80 data points changing multiple times per second. CPU-based solutions hit their ceiling quickly — especially when you watch multiple instruments simultaneously.
The OrderFlowAi GPU Heatmap uses WebGL rendering and processes data directly on the graphics card. Result: smooth 60 FPS display with no CPU load, even during high-volatility events like FOMC announcements or non-farm payrolls.
Heatmap + Volume Profile: the combination
The heatmap shows you current order book liquidity. The Volume Profile shows you where the most volume traded historically. Together you get the full picture:
- POC + heatmap cluster: When the Point of Control sits on a level that also shows high heatmap liquidity, that level is doubly strong.
- VAH/VAL + absorption: When price tests the Value Area and absorption shows in the heatmap, you have a high-probability trade.
- Low Volume Node + empty heatmap: Price zones with neither historical nor current volume. Price moves fast through these — ideal for momentum trades.
